The Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI), Jamshedpur will close the Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) 2025 registration process today, October 30. Candidates can submit the application form by visiting the official website at xatonline.com before the deadline.

The application correction window for XAT 2025 will be open from the last week of November to the first week of December. Admit cards are expected to be issued in the third week of December. The exam is scheduled for January 5.

XAT 2025: How To Apply?

Step 1. Go to the official website of XAT at xatonline.in.

Step 2. Now, click on the “Registration” option.

Step 3. Register yourself and create a new account.

Step 4. Login using your credentials.

Step 5. Choose a preferred city, and upload a photo and signature.

Step 6. Then, select nationality and programmes, and fill in your required details.

Step 7. Lastly, pay the fees and submit. Take a printout of the form for future reference.

XAT 2025: Registration Fees

The fee for XAT 2025 is Rs 2,200. Additionally, applicants for programmes at XLRI need to pay an additional Rs 200 per programme. Payment of the registration fee can be done online or offline using methods like net banking, IMPS, debit cards, or credit cards.

XAT 2025: Exam Pattern

The XAT exam will consist of five sections: Verbal Ability and Logical Reasoning (VA and LR), Quantitative Aptitude and Data Interpretation (QA and DI), Decision-making (DM), General Knowledge (GK), and Analytical Essay Writing (AEW). The duration of the XAT 2025 exam will be 3 hours 25 minutes.

As per the marking scheme, candidates will get one mark for each correct answer. For every incorrect answer, there is a negative marking of 0.25 marks. Additionally, if a candidate leaves more than 8 consecutive questions unanswered, a penalty of 0.10 marks will be applied. There is no penalty for incorrect answers in the General Knowledge (GK) section.

As per the official notification, XAT 2025 exam centres include Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi-NCR, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kolkata, Thiruvananthapuram, and many more. It encompasses more than 100 test centres.
