UP Board Exam 2026: School principals can deposit the examination fee in the treasury via challan until September 1, an extension from the previous deadline of August 10, 2025.

The Board of Secondary Education, UP has extended the last date for admission of students for the High School and Intermediate Examination 2026. Admissions can now be completed by September 1. School principals can deposit the examination fee in the treasury via challan until September 1, an extension from the previous deadline of August 10, 2025. Additionally, student details and fee information can be uploaded on the UP Board website by 12 pm on September 6, instead of the earlier deadline of August 16.
Principals will be able to review student names, parent names, gender, subjects, photographs, etc. from September 7 to 11 using the checklist available on the UP Board website. UP Board Secretary Bhagwati Singh stated that any errors in student details can be corrected by the principals from September 12 to 20.
UP Board Exam Fee Details:
High School (Class 10):
– Institutional candidates: Rs 500.75
– Credit System Institutional: Rs 200.75
– Individual candidate: Rs 706
– Personal Credit Candidate: Rs 306
– Additional Subject (Individual): Rs 206
Intermediate (Class 12):
– Institutional candidates: Rs 600.75
– Agriculture Part 1 & 2 / Vocational Institutional: Rs 600.75
– Individual and Agriculture Part 1 and 2 / Vocational Fail: Rs 806
– Additional Subject (per subject): Rs 206
UP Board Exam 2026: How To Register
Step 1: The eligible students will first have to visit the official UPMSP website – upmsp.edu.in.
Step 2: Students need to log in to the website using their UID ID and password.
Step 3: Once logged in, students will have to enter all their details such as name, parents’ names, date of birth and subjects in a form.
Step 4: After filling out the form students must then go through the details to ensure there aren’t any mistakes.
Step 5: Once complete, students may hit the submit button after which a verification will be conducted.
Furthermore, the UP Board has also extended the registration date for classes 9 and 11. The new registration deadline for these classes is September 10. The deadline for depositing the registration fee in the treasury and uploading registration fee information and student educational details online has also been set to September 10. Following this amendment, principals can obtain and review the checklist from September 11 to 13. Error corrections can be made from September 14 to 20, and the final list and fund letter must be submitted by September 30.
